Teaching the mutual effect of consonants with the help of the interactive whiteboard

This study enriches our knowledge about the interactive whiteboard. It explains the concept of
interactivity by emphasizing human-machine interaction. It proposes that the new teaching role
should contain higher information and communication technology skills, algorithmic sensitivity,
the thorough knowledge of the board’s software, as well as networking and cooperative skills.
Interpreting the role of interactive whiteboard as an interface, the study discusses the importance
of modern virtual learning environments and the possibilities of their realization. It mentions three
frequent techniques of software use the practical application of which can be found enclosed.
The rest of the article describes a specific interactive whiteboard material on the regularities of
the mutual effect of consonants.
