Abstract

In 2020, we started the development of the 30-hour, accredited in-service teacher training entitled "Methodological foundations of planned community development in public education, preschool and elementary school-age children's communities". The fully online, bichronous form of training was a conscious choice, with which we wanted to implement a long-term sustainable method of knowledge transfer. Based on the presentation entitled "MOOC and SMETRY, or modern forms of knowledge dissemination and training" held in 2022 on the Hungarian Science Festival, we present in this article the concept of the training, the tools used during its implementation, and the directions of the ongoing further development. The purpose of the presentation is not to describe the content of the training in detail.
