When preparing our parental satisfaction survey, we set ourselves the goal of defining the indicators of effectiveness and efficiency, as well as the content of the parental satisfaction questionnaires, based on uniform principles but tailored to each specific task. As a result, we expected and continue to expect that member institutions will be able to carry out uniform measurements that can be used to improve professional and organisational work. According to our professional credo, these indicators play a supporting role in the performance of tasks, the evaluation of institutional, managerial and pedagogical performance, and the process of teacher certification. In addition to presenting the results and experiences of the satisfaction survey conducted over the past three years, this study also describes the measurement process, its usefulness and the conclusions that can be drawn from it.
