Abstract

‘Change is inevitable. Change is constant.’ Benjamin Disraeli’s creed is quoted in this historical overview of educational policy changes and their impact at the anniversary session of the ÓTE. He stressed the importance of the early stages of education and the priority given to developments in this direction.
