The monography presents good practices of theory and provides good practices int he pre-school education. This is carried out with the aim of the approach of differentiation as the gist of the pedagogical innovation. The authors try to focus on those topics (divided into 10 different chapters), which have to be crucial for the pre-school educators of the 21th century. The topics are contextualised in the field of pre-school education and are focusing on the up-to date problems of education, while presenting the most relevant examples brought from the practice.
