Abstract

In our research we examine which factors influence minority teacher students’ institutional and vocational choice and indirectly, the views of minority teaching as a career choice. The interpretation frame is set by factors that influence minority higher educational and institutional choice. We surveyed the students from the Department of Pedagogy and Applied Didactics from the Babes-Bolyai University (N=16). We defined the category of romantic and pragmatic teacher students.
