A dynamic, process-diagnostic approach is essential for monitoring early childhood development. In the good practice presented, we conducted Bayley–III tests on 90 children aged 12–42 months, which revealed that the most common deviations occurred in the areas of expressive language and fine motor skills. Control measurements showed significant improvement, especially in complex development. The structured application of Bayley-III facilitated the exploration of individual developmental paths, the personalization of development plans, and effective cooperation with parents.
