The paper introduces the work of specialists working with early intervention and risk babies or children with disabilities, while emphasizes the contact dilemmas of adults – parents and specialists – being involved in it. Early intervention differs from other the forms of special pedagogics. The child can be treated properly, if the parent is involved in this process. That means that the parents should recognize the process of treatment and should cooperate with the specialists - e.g. with asking for help in parental roles at home. One of the aims in the treatment is to make it as a part of the everyday life of the families. The consultation involved in this process can act as a main activity replacing the active development.
