Abstract

The recognition of early – partially congenital – damages in neurological system, the description of the functional and morphological state of the brain, as well as the statement of the proper prognosis is a very responsible task of the doctor. The development of the central neurological system is after the birth done in accordance with the human genetic program and the external influences. The early prognosis and diagnosis with pointing on the current and anticipatory damages have to be done properly in order to start the preventive therapy in time. The paper provides a short description of the diagnostic and therapeutical methods, because the effectivity and usability of any method cannot be judged without methodical descriptions.
