The declared aim of the institutional education is the identification of the communities, with special regard to national and the familial identity. The experts of the early childhood development are contributing to the forming communities (by adults and children) by starting and moderating discourses in societies focusing on the mutual understanding of adults and children. The study raises questions about problems which were discussed in the course attended by experts.
