The motivational potential inherent in the use of digital devices has been proven by numerous researches. However, much less address the impact of the use of ICT tools on the development of musical abilities. One of the reasons for this may be that the number of applications and softwares that can be used effectively in music classrooms is only slowly expanding on ever-higher quality hardwares. In this article, we present a free application which usefulness and efficiency we do not have empirical data yet, but our practical experience and the fact that it has more than 7 million users worldwide give a good reason to think about how digital devices can help to make music education more efficient.
