In the middle of the 20th century, the flourishing life and profession of church music and their composers, was almost wanished and forced into the background. The works he composed by Bárdos Lajos, disappear from the public consciousness of music. At the same time, family documents prove that his masses and motets were performed and sung in many countries, including America. The series of music based on the concept built over 20 years continued, but his works remained in his the desk. From manuscripts and photographs found in family archives the study shows interesting images of careers of exemplary composers and music educators.
