Abstract

This summary explores the psychological aspects of progressive movement disorders, focusing on the dilemmas and opportunities of individual psychological support for children and young people. How does anxiety manifest itself without words? Can we talk about the obvious? It can be observed that changes in movement status and changes in assistive devices can cause prolonged crisis situations. How can we promote a sense of inner security and stimulate the development of children's resilience? In this summary, we look at the delicate balance between these topics.
