Current Applied Psychology
The founder of the Current Applied Psychology is the Applied Psychology Foundation, which was the publisher of the journal from 1998 to 2016. Since 2017, this role has been taken over by the Faculty of Education and Psychology at ELTE. The journal is published by the Eötvös Publishing with the support of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences and ELTE PPK. Published quarterly, the journal features Hungarian and English language articles that present research findings from all areas of psychology application, as well as situational analyses, thematic reviews, methodological studies, research reports, reviews, and current news. The published works are intended for a wide audience of psychologists working in practical fields, as well as other professionals working in related areas (educators, social workers, organizational developers, trainers). The journal operates with a peer-review system, where submitted manuscripts are reviewed by at least two independent, anonymous reviewers.
