Implementation of teamwork in the Kilátó Piarist Career Guidance and Labour Market Development Centre's individual career counselling service

Abstract

This paper summarises the characteristics of the collaborative model of the Kilátó Piarist Career Guidance and Labour Market Development Centre Individual Career Counselling Service Team, the role of the professionals and the results achieved in their work together.

The study draws on both a methodological guide jointly prepared by the professionals working in the individual career counselling services and a group interview with the staff of the Kilátó Piarist Centre, in which the professionals describe their role as professionals and how they work together in the daily life of the clients.
