Absztrakt
Jelen cikk a Magyarországon működő japán ipari vállalkozások (cégek) kollektivista jellegének egyes aspektusait mutatja be. Az individualizmus- és kollektivizmuskutatás rövid áttekintését követően számos érvet, valamint esetet sorakoztat fel, melyeken keresztül világosan kirajzolódik a vizsgált társadalmi csoportok kollektivista természete. Az egyes kapcsolódó jelenségek analízisére és kiértékelésére olyan szociológiai fogalmak mentén kerül sor, mint a kojinshugi, 個人主義, dantaishugi, 団体主義, kosei, 個性, uchi, 内, soto, 外 és mások. Az analízis során górcső alá kerülnek mind a monokulturális, mind a krossz-kulturális kutatásokban alkalmazott koncepciók és terminusok annak érdekében, hogy ezeket összehasonlításukat követően tisztán el tudjuk határolni egymástól.
