Absztrakt

Tanulmányomban korábbi kutatások alapján a régi ujgur társadalmak családszerkezetének néhány jellegzetességét mutatom be. A vizsgálat forrásául szolgáló korpuszt 13–14. századi szerződéses dokumentumok alkotják. A régi ujgur társadalom családszerkezetének jellemzőit három szempont szerint foglalom össze. Először is annak alapján, a család szerkezete az atyai ági család kiterjesztése, melyet rokoni csoportok alkotnak. A családtagok közötti kapcsolat szoros, a vér szerinti rokonság pedig kiemelt jelentőségű. Másodszor, a férfiak meghatározó szerepet játszanak a családban és a társadalomban. Harmadszor, a rokon szabadon cserélhetők el és adhatók zálogként. Emellett röviden magyarázom e sajátosságok okait.
