Videotréning – egy innovatív módszer a tanárjelöltek identitáskonstruálásának támogatásában

Jelen tanulmány a Pedagógusképzés 2024/(23)1. számában megjelent írásunk folytatása.
Témája a tanárképzésben kevésbé elterjedt módszer, a videotréning (Video Interaction Guidance/VIG) alkalmazási lehetőségeinek vizsgálata. A videotréning alapja a jelölt
személyes céljaihoz, konkrét tanítási szituációjához kapcsolt videórészletek mikroelemzése, melyek a tanári interakciók erősségeit jelentő mozzanatokat emelik ki. Szorosan
kapcsolódik a reflektív tanárképzés, módszerek kutatási irányához, különösen a videóval támogatott felidézés módszeréhez (Video Stimulated-Recall/VSR), de számos ponton el is tér tőle.
Írásunk I. részében részletesen foglalkoztunk a videotréning szakmai tanulást és identitásformálódást támogató szerepével, szemléleti és módszertani elemeinek
bemutatásával, VSR-hez kapcsolódó viszonyával. Írásunk II. részében az ELTE tanárképzési programjához kötődő pilotkutatásunk eredményeit mutatjuk be, melyben egy, az
összefüggő egyéni gyakorlatát végző tanárjelöltet kísértünk végig a VIG segítségével, a tapasztalatokat pedig közvetlenül beépítettük a kísérő szemináriumba a VIG identitástámogató
szerepének, lehetséges funkcióinak feltárása céljával.
