The aim of these case studies is to reveal the changes, exceeding the mere presentation of the laws, and that occurred in the Faculty of Law at ELTE in the past one and a half decades even having an effect to the present days. The students’ drama play circle presents the most famous trials in an entertaining but nowhere near in a documentarist way, while the law students can have a glance into legal history, procedural law and the flow of the trials themselves beyond the pure entertainment. The Mentorprogramme plays the role of integration from the Orientation Days and the overall annual mentoring of the freshmen the whole first year. While in the social responsibility programme, which is a course in the curriculum, law students step out of the legal world, to meet the social challenges which they could be in some degree aware of from the laws.
