Tantárgyi attitűdök az óvodapedagógus- és tanítóképzésbe belépő hallgatók körében

Absztrakt

A pedagógusképzésbe belépő hallgatók korábbi iskolai tapasztalatai és tantárgyi preferenciái hatással lehetnek arra, hogy hogyan kapcsolódnak be a képzésbe, mennyire érzik magukat magabiztosnak az egyes tantervi területeken, és később milyen pedagógiai gyakorlatot alakítanak ki.

Jelen tanulmány 528, óvodapedagógus- és tanítóképzésbe belépő hallgató tantárgyi attitűdjeit vizsgálta 12 iskolai tantárgy mentén.

Az eredmények szerint a hallgatók legkedvezőbb attitűdjei a művészetekhez, a testneveléshez, valamint a humán és a nyelvi területekhez kapcsolódtak, míg a matematika, a fizika, a kémia és a technológiai jellegű területek kevésbé
kedvező megítélést kaptak. A hallgatók attitűdjei eltérő mintázatokba rendeződtek, ami arra utal, hogy már a képzés kezdetén különböző támogatási igényekkel érkeznek.
A tanítóképzésben tanulók több természettudományos és technológiai jellegű tantárgy esetében pozitívabb attitűdökről számoltak be, míg az óvodapedagógusképzésben tanulók zenéhez kapcsolódó attitűdjei voltak kedvezőbbek.

A 11. évfolyamos tanulókkal összehasonlítva a pedagógusképzésbe belépő hallgatók kedvezőbben
viszonyultak az irodalomhoz, a rajzhoz, a biológiához és a történelemhez, ugyanakkor kevésbé kedvezően értékelték a matematikát, a fizikát és az idegen nyelvet.

Az eredmények gyakorlati jelentősége, hogy a képzés elején érdemes feltárni a hallgatók tantárgyi attitűdjeit, és célzottan támogatni azokat a területeket, ahol kevésbé pozitív előzetes tapasztalatokkal rendelkeznek. Különösen fontos a
természettudományos, a matematikai és a technológiai területekhez kapcsolódó magabiztosság, érdeklődés és pedagógiai önhatékonyság erősítése.
