Our primary mission is talent management, providing a forum for young colleagues in the field of philosophy. We deem it particularly important to ensure an appreciative reception for Hungarian philosophical books and encourage philosophical dabates regarding actual problems.

Our issues are published in print and online as well in two volumes per annum. The operation of Elpis is based on internationally acknowledge ethical principles and is in accordance with the highest scholarly standards: studies are judged by peer-reviewers in a double-blind procedure.

. The section KRITĒRION publishes book reviews and debates.
