Peer Review Policy

The publication policy of the journal involves a thorough evaluation process, which starts with the Editorial Team (and the Guest Editors, if necessary) conducting an initial editorial screening of all articles submitted to the journal. This screening process is intended to assess the articles' relevance, originality, and overall quality. The Editorial Board may reject an article without evaluating it, if it does not adhere to the guidelines, either of format and content, or if its topic does not fall within the scope of the journal.

Following the editorial screening, the articles (except reviews) are then subjected to a rigorous double-blind peer review process for each section of the journal, where two referees, who are experts in the field of the submitted article, provide feedback on the article's strengths, weaknesses, and potential for publication.

Based on the feedback provided by the referees, the Editors communicate a decision to the author(s). The decision may be acceptance, acceptance with minor revisions, acceptance with major revisions, or rejection. In case of a need for revision, Editors provide the author(s) with suggestions and guidelines for improving the article.

In the event of an author's dissatisfaction with the editorial decision, they can appeal by contacting the main Editor. The main Editor will then review the decision and consider the case.

Overall, the publication policy of the journal ensures a thorough and fair evaluation process that maintains the quality of the articles published in the journal.
