The mission of Ciklus is to provide a Hungarian-language platform for critical theories, to promote dialogue and debate among researchers publishing in the field, and thereby to contribute to the forming of scholarly and public discourse in the social sciences and humanities in Hungary. The journal publishes research articles, translations, reviews, and discussion papers in Hungarian in the broadly defined fields of critical social, cultural, and economic sciences.
