Megfigyelések egy kósi vallásos egyesület kitüntetési határozatáról

A tanulmány egy Kr. e. 2. századi görög feliratot elemez, amely egy kósi vallásos egyesület döntését rögzíti: a közösség egy kiemelkedő tagját istenített szolgálataiért kitünteti. A szöveg tanúsága szerint a kultikus gyakorlat és a közösségi önmeghatározás szorosan összefonódott. A szerző filológiai és epigráfiai elemzés révén rámutat a hivatalos és magánvallásosság határainak elmosódására, valamint arra, hogy az egyesületi struktúrák miként reflektálnak a hellénisztikus polis közösségi ideáljaira. A kitüntetési formula és a benne megjelenő teológiai nyelvezet alapján a szöveg a kultikus szerepvállalás társadalmi presztízsét is világosan tükrözi. A tanulmány hozzájárul a hellénisztikus vallási közösségek és epigráfiai önábrázolásuk mélyebb megértéséhez.
