¡Hay un fusilado que vive! Literary Hybridization in Operación Masacre, a novel from Rodolfo Walsh

This essay stops at the analysis of the literary hybridization that, through the convergence of the police narrative, the testimonial discourse and the adoption of the constituent elements of the short novel, makes Rodolfo Walsh's work Operación Masacre, in the ideal space for to save a congested historical report of unanswered uncertainties. From this look and through the revision of the different narrative strategies implemented by Walsh, it is possible to review its avant-garde exercise of experimentation in writing and to expose why Operación masacre is one of the determining literary work for contemporary Latin American narrative.
