Abstract

Consumption habits are radically transformed nowadays as the supply order and methods of cities are changed too. The role of centuries-old traditional city supply areas is also drastically changed. The surrounding agricultural settlements cannot provide sufficient food for the cities, while the number of town-dwellers is more than a half of the whole population of the world. It is a well-known fact that the town-dwellers and those who live in the surrounding settlements are purchasing the required goods in super- or hypermarkets. It is natural to them that they can reach the different goods in convenient quality from early morning until late night.
