OPINION OF LOCAL POPULATION ABOUT LIGHT POLLUTION – THE SAMPLE OF BÁRDUDVARNOK

Abstract

The light pollution of settlements is not the most frequently ask of environmental problems. However owing to cheaper and cheaper electrical energy, the illuminants are everywhere in our flats, settlements. Without doubt we need it, elementary part of our life. But the inadequate using of light devices, illuminators could be annoying both for people and other biotic parts of environment. During the first part of our research the main aim in was a questionnaire survey to collect information about local light pollution, about the main problems of public lighting and of course about the knowledge of inhabitants of Bárdudvarnok.
