The river has been one of the most determining urban geographical energy and serious actor of the social space in the region for thousand years. River Danube is connecting and dividing line too, between Buda and Pest at the same time. The river and the city’s relationship has been analyzed in several ways, however this study deal with it as a lived, 3D space. Joining the spatial mosaics we are receiving responses of what it means the Danube for the city, for people live here and for the tourists. At the end of the study you can read two examples about the real physical contact of the river and city, which number could increase in the future, thanks for the global climate change.
