Abstract

The study examines the evolution of the relationship between natural law and the positive law existing in the world of ‘sein’ in terms of correctness in the ‘sollen’ way, with a theoretical-historical perspective, showing what circumstances influenced it. The author shows how the assessment of natural law concerning positive law (existing in the world of ‘sein’) (based on the standard of ‘sollen’, i.e. ‘to be’) has changed over time and how it needs to change today. During this investigation, the author starts from the ancient human society’ fear of the forces of nature and returns to the same place due to the global environmental damage caused by today’s man and human society.
