Abstract

In this paper, I will summarise the changes in the regulation of the right of assembly and the typical assemblies of the period, starting from the reform era, and presenting the historical periods of Hungary and their constitutional arrangements. It is clear that political rights were regulated differently according to the democratic or anti-democratic character of the period. The level and scope of regulation also varied from one period to another. The article concludes with a presentation of the current legislation.
