Abstract

The aim of this study is to find a link between jurisprudence and theology. In the first part of the paper, it gives an interdisciplinary approach to human rights. This approach approaches the subject from the perspective of Christian theology. In the second main part, the author attempts to clarify the concepts of law and justice. He does so by introducing the concepts used in Roman law, discussing the natural law and legal positivist approaches. Finally, he seeks to present a novel interdisciplinary approach.
