KESZTHELY LAKOTT TERÜLETÉNEK TÁRSADALOM-FÖLDRAJZI MINŐSÍTÉSE GEOINFORMATIKAI MÓDSZERREL

Absztrakt

We demonstrate the social geographical qualification of the built-up area of Keszthely in our study. The territorial differences within the borders of a city influence its development and appear in its present status, as well. For the GIS based social qualification, we surveyed the opinions of the city dwellers of Keszthely with questionnaires, moreover the residential buildings, housing estates and other objects of the city were investigated. During the surveys we measured the favourable and unfavourable residential opinions, based on the answers expressed opinion about the different urban objects, then on the strength of these territorial location, the area of Keszthely was differentiated. Among the rating scores of the parts of the city a significant differentiation could be specified, live up to our expectations. Especially the Northern-Southern contrast was obvious. After the investigations of the differences among the parts of the city and the cause-effect relationships, we can conclude for the future processes with the application of qualification maps.
